Our experience in selecting an engagement ring at Max Diamonds has been nothing short of exceptional. Jason is very knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and attentive to our preferences.

My fiancé went to MaxDiamonds with a reference photo and the final result was even better than I expected! The setting, choice of stones, and craftsmanship reflect that they take immense pride in their work. I also saw Jason and Mike to resize the ring and they went above and beyond to ensure that it was a perfect fit.

Overall, the process of selecting and perfecting my engagement ring was a joy from start to finish and we always felt like we were in good hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I found the dream team in Jason and Jo. I came across the website and saw a ring that inspired me to commission my own. Exceptional from beginning to end, they brought my dream ring to life. I always had an idea of what I wanted but have not found that in any shops. Jason found the perfect stone and Jo put together impeccable CAD drawings, which we were able to see different options with.
I was in such good hands and Jason clearly has the expertise and skill to make real magic, as I have seen in my piece. There is a real passion there to make unique items that a believe are a cut above the rest. A true timeless ring that I will cherish forever, thank you both!!

Jason was 10/10 amazing from start to finish in designing and making the engagement ring for my fiancee. You can just tell he's absolutely expert in what he does and loves helping people - and I needed a lot of help!

When the stone was delayed (my fault), Jason kept me calm and delivered everything he said he would, on time, keeping me updated at each stage of the process.

I'm not one for writing reviews or heaping on praise unnecessarily but Jason and the team are seriously good, friendly and reassuring. I can't fault them and thank them massively.
