I recently had a recommendation by a close friend to utilise the services of Max Diamonds when designing and purchasing a personalised ring.
I’m not one to leave reviews often however after such a positive experience I felt compelled to write this. The communication with this company from the first point of contact was unmatched. The attention to detail and the time and care taken to achieve the look I wanted was equally as good. I had the pleasure of communicating with both Jo and Jason and they have a very informal, warm approach accompanied by an outstanding level of professionalism and knowledge.
I personally think it’s quite rare these days to recieve not just high levels of Customer Service and care, but to couple that with a remarkable quality of a product can be hard to find.
It really was a first class service and I am delighted with the end result. I would never consider going any where else now and I really think the experience has been exemplary.
I am so appreciative of all thier efforts and dedication to something very important and I whole heartedly recommend them!
