Jason and the team are absolutely amazing. I emailed just about every business in Hatton Garden with my idea for a custom wedding band and most of the responses were less than enthusiastic, I felt like just a number. Jason, on the other hand, replied with so many ideas. His wife even made a 3D print out (including stones) of what they thought my ring could look like as a starting base for when we had our first meeting. He took so much time to walk my fiancé and I through the process, was absolutely lovely, and we really felt taken care off. The price was very reasonable as well. Jason ordered in a variety of coloured sapphires for me to match to my green diamond engagement ring and he even replaced one of the sapphires when the colour didn’t seem to be quite right in the light of day (not his fault- was completely on me). I could not recommend Max Diamond/Jason more!

I contacted Jason after seeing good reviews on this website. Jason was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of choosing the right design for the engagement ring: this included several email conversations but also an on-site consultation. Through examples of his past work and my preferences, we have settles on the class of designs which his wife Jo designed in CAD and printed in resin. With the resin prints giving an idea how it would look like in real life, we were able to settle on the final design which Jason turned into a beautiful ring. My girlfriend loved it! I can strongly recommend Jason's workmanship but also his guidance throughout the selection process.
