A friend recommended Hearts of London to me when I began my search for my engagement ring. I am so glad that I went to see Eddi and the team as they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and a delight to deal with. I knew I wanted a bespoke ring and finding the right Asscher cut diamond was key to it. Eddi was able to source me the most incredible centre stone (extremely difficult to find the shape and spec I wanted in London). He then patiently guided me through the entire ring design process as we went back and forth with the changes in the CAD drawings and wax models. The end result and craftsmanship of the ring was stunning – a reflection of the care and attention to detail showed by Eddi and the team. Both myself and partner love the ring and I’ve been receiving so many compliments on it since. Exceptional service and highly recommended!
