Excellent customer service, excellent knowledge in diamonds, genuinely enjoys his work and takes pride in it, ring production was excellent, communication was excellent, delivery was on time, the box it was delivered in was excellent, I cannot find a single fault.
Would highly recommend to anyone out there who is looking to buy their first diamond ring or even your 10th, Paul will source the best diamond possible, give you the best design and advise and deliver the product on time keeping to all the details and even the finer details you may not even thought of!
There’s a process of buying the ring but also the after care and service. Takes a great deal of care and after sale service.
