The moment I got in touch with George at Harper Tait, it felt like I knew George for such a long time! Made me feel right at home. I went with my fiancee first to get an idea of what she liked but George guided us through all the choices and what to look for.

Eventually me and George picked out a design for the ring, and when the CAD pictures arrived, it was better that I imagined. Made me feel at ease with the little subtle details that we both focused on.

When I picked up the ring, it was better that I could have imagined. It was genuinely exceptional. The craftsmanship, the care, you could all see it. With the way that Harper Tait operate, the fact that it is a bespoke ring and private appoitments made it feel special, like it was a piece of art that we were crafting.

George was super flexible too! Glad to have got my ring there and you'll definitely want to come back with any jewellery questions. These guys are genuinely the experts. Full aftercare service too! Any adjustments, George sorted that out really quickly and to the highest standard

As someone who knew little to nothing about engagement rings and diamonds, Paul was fantastic at explaining and sharing his wealth of knowledge, ensuring that I made an informed decision. He made me feel really comfortable and gave me advice and insight with my best interests in mind.
