From the initial consultation, Paul demonstrated an impressive knowledge and passion for diamonds. Throughout the creation of the ring, Paul remained in constant communication, providing regular updates on its progress. I never had to wonder about the status of my ring, as Paul consistently providing updates along the way.
When the final product was unveiled I was extremely happy. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was incredible. Paul's dedication to perfection was clearly evident and it exceeded all my expectations and more.
