I would recommend London DE unreservedly - particulary on the strength of advice offered by Phil Spencer. I am somewhat biased but don't bother going anywhere else for engagement rings!

Fantastic. Having an engagement ring made is a scary thing, you hope it turns out like you imagined but mine turned out even better! Phil was helpful and patient throughout a long process of me asking questions, making changes, etc. He delivered it in person to check I was happy and, overall, I found a much more personal service than you would expect from a primarily online business / more personal than any walk-in shop! I had a bespoke diamond engagement ring made to order and was very happy with the whole buying process from start to finish. With no previous experience of buying jewellery I needed some extra help which Phil and Rory were happy to provide. They helped me to find the best diamond for the budget I had available. The end product was beyond any expectations I could have had (and was approximately a third of the cost it would have been to go to a mainstream jeweller). Have already recommended LDE to family and friends (having had LDE recommended to me).
