I discovered Lebrusan whilst looking for ethically made wedding rings and having looked at their designs online, decided to visit them by appointment in London. From that visit to browse their wedding ring selection, right up until the day my ring was delivered, the customer service was fantastic. Hayley, who I met at their London office, was so friendly and helpful and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision - I felt so at ease whilst trying on the rings. I didn't see a ring I was 100% sure would go with my engagement ring during that visit but subsequently saw one on the website which I couldn't remember if I'd tried on or not. Again, Hayley was so helpful and arranged to have a sample ring sent to me to try on, which turned out to be the ONE, and she also then advised me on how to go about ordering it and was informative about how long it might take - even offering me a sample loan ring if my order wasn't ready on time for the wedding (fortunately it was). The ring arrived on time and is beautiful, and I love it even more knowing that it is made of 100% recycled platinum and is the more eco friendly choice compared to a lot of other rings. I visited a lot of shops in Hatton Garden so that I could make an informed decision but I don't think any compared to the customer service and quality of Lebrusan. I would recommend to anyone looking for engagement and/or wedding rings, and especially to those who want to more ethical choices.
