Words can not describe how professional the service and product was. The quality of the whole process is aspirational to quite frankly every other business you interact with. These guys are the pros at least visit them and then decide!

I have used Hearts of London for two major purchases (an engagement ring and an eternity ring) over the last few years and I have nothing but good things to say about the experiences (my wife also purchased our wedding rings from HoL). All the members of staff I have met with have been extremely knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy, and the rings themselves have been produced impeccably. We have also been back a couple of times to have the rings polished and cleaned up free of charge. Highly recommended!

After being put off by many other jewellers in London I then came across Hearts of London. I was served by Emily, who's knowledge on diamonds and rings was amazing. What was special was she saw us from start to finish and still see's us now. I even got to design my own ring and was comfortable knowing I was getting top service and product at a very good price. The rings are made incredibly well and we've since been back for wedding rings and to have other rings checked. Our trusted jeweller!
