I cannot recommend Regency Jewels highly enough to anyone looking to purchase exquisite jewellery in London. My future best man and i, complete novices when it comes to engagement rings stood looking through the window on a grey Sunday pretty clueless. Out stepped Arron, warm and friendly. We stepped in for a chat and straight away it was clear that Arron and Trevor were extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and had their customers' best interests at heart. Arron was very patient but most importantly honest and it is clear that Regency Jewels interests are in gaining a customer for life rather than making a quick buck. The process from start to finish was effortless & seamless, and the end product, MY WORD! They have provided the most beautiful diamond in an amazing setting and i couldn't be happier - my new fiancée cannot stop looking at it!!!! They even provided me with hand sanitizer at the start of the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure i was safe and well even though it was already in very short supply - Now that's service!!!

I bought a platinum wedding band from Trevor at Regency Jewels. The service and advice was excellent throughout the process. Trevor patiently guided me through all of the options available and wasn't pushy at any point. I am delighted with the final product - both in terms of the ring itself and with the price. Throughout the ordering process and getting an engraving on the ring the team kept me constantly updated on progress and the whole process was very quick. Fantastic jewelers with amazing customer service.
After spending at least two hours browsing all the jewelers at Hatton Garden I finally found ‘The Ring’ that I had been searching for. I had a vision of it in my mind but couldn’t explain exactly what I wanted, but fortunately I found the perfect ring at Regency Jewels. Trevor the assistant Manager was absolutely amazing and seemed to be able to read my mind in what I wanted. I asked for the platinum band to be changed to gold to match my other jewelry. This was completed within a time frame to suit us. Nothing was to much trouble to accommodate my perfect ring. Trevor went above and beyond regarding customer service and I would highly recommend this specific jewelers if you want something a little unique with professional advise that isn’t pushy and intimidating. Will definitely be returning for another unique piece of jewelry in the very near future .
