I would like to express how entirely satisfied my fiancé and I were with our shopping experience at Webley, London.

From the very onset, Vita approached us in a super friendly manner, inquiring as to our wants (wedding bands) and expectations. At no time did we feel anything other than a genuine interest in our story and a willingness to help us identify and secure the bands of our choice.

The lovely little touches included a clean of my fiancé's engagement ring whilst we were in discussion as to the merits of the various wedding band styles and metals.

With Vita's help and suggestion, we were able to find beautiful wedding bands that we were both very happy with. If the other elements of our wedding planning go as smooth as this shopping experience, it will be a dream.

I visited Webley while I was exploring options to resize my engagement ring and create a bespoke wedding band.

Unfortunately, I experienced the worst customer service in Hatton Gardens during my visit. My sales assistant pulled off my ring re-sizer without asking if it was appropriate, proceeded to hand my engagement ring to her boss across the room who loudly scrutinised how large the band was despite myself sitting there waiting, and also then proceeded to tell me that since my wedding was so close and they wouldn't be able to create a bespoke band with lockdown looking that I should "buy a basic wedding band and then exchange it after the ceremony for a bespoke one".

Further, even while I was in the store another couple entered looking for wedding bands and told the boss their wants but then pointed out a ring in the display case. The boss the proceeded to roll his eyes and told them what they were looking at wasn't at all what they asked for.

Appalling customer service. Please choose one of the many other jewelers in Hatton Garden.
