I am not in the habit of proffering feedback for services, but for Holts, it would be wrong of me not to thank them for SUPERLATIVE service. I approached them with a pretty unusual (I suspect) request for help with creating some bespoke jewellery. The team at Holts could not have been more helpful. What a difference it makes to dealing with commercial outfits when the staff are friendly, helpful and obviously eager to please.
