Harriet Homuth, Client Services Manager, TEN Health & Fitness

Tucked away in a basement location in Hatton Garden, TEN Health & Fitness is the place to go for your Hatton Garden fitness fix.

What is TEN?

TEN Health & Fitness is one of London’s leading boutique health and fitness providers with multiple studios across London. A five-time Tatler Gym Award winner, TEN is the home of Dynamic Reformer Pilates. Their team of experts are there to help you meet their health and fitness goals with Physiotherapy, Sports Massage Personal Training and Clinical Exercise, plus they also offer a range of alternate classes including HiiT, TRX, Barre and Yoga.

What is your role, and what does it entail?

My role is the Client Services Manager. I look after the Client Advisor team and ensure that the best customer service is delivered to our clients!

Where are you based in Hatton Garden, and how long have you been here?

We are based on the lower ground of 36-38 Hatton Garden, just beneath Boutique 36. We've been here since 2014.

What sets your business apart from other gyms and fitness venues?

TEN puts the client's health journey at the heart of their business. We operate a circle of care within each studio, with all of our physiotherapists, massage therapists and trainers working collaboratively to ensure that the client is looked after in the best way possible.

What has been your proudest moment since working at TEN?

There have been lots of moments, and I would say that they all involve the team. We had a client come in with a severely broken elbow, which had recently been operated on and within a month he was pretty much back to a full range of motion, which was a wonderful thing to see. Not only had his elbow healed, but he looked like he had a new lease of life!

What’s your favourite thing about working in Hatton Garden?

It has to be the clients! We have some really lovely clients and it's great to get to know them all individually.

Have you (or any friends or family) made a jewellery purchase in Hatton? What did you get, and what was the occasion?

Unfortunately no jewellery purchases have been made as of yet, but hopefully one day my window shopping will turn into a purchase!

Where’s your favourite place to get a coffee in Hatton?

Whenever I need a pick-me-up I always go to Prufrock, as they do the most delicious hot chocolate and cakes.

Where’s your favourite place to get lunch in Hatton?

Although I am partial to Pret, and I am loving the new location super close to our studio, you can't beat the stalls on Leather Lane - especially for halloumi wraps!

Where’s your favourite place to get a drink in Hatton?

I love The Argyle pub, as the atmosphere is always fun.
