We are pleased to announce the launch of dedicated WhatsApp Groups to improve communication and provide support across our business community.
The groups have been created to provide a quick and effective way for businesses in Hatton Garden to stay connected, share important updates and raise concerns. Members must agree to the Terms of Use before joining to ensure the groups remain secure and beneficial to all.
How the Groups Will Work
Businesses will join one group, which will have the four following channels:
Broadcast List – Used by Hatton Garden BID to share important alerts, updates, and relevant information directly with participating businesses.
General Chat – A space for businesses to communicate day-to-day, report issues, ask questions, and share updates with one another.
Security Chat – Specifically for reporting and discussing security-related matters and engaging with the Hatton Garden BID Security Patrol.
Cleaning Chat – For raising cleaning or facilities-related issues quickly and effectively - most of which will be dealt with by Hatton Garden BID's dedicated cleaning team.
