Approach with great caution. I have had the displeasure of having a ring made with “Premium Jewlers Ltd” who are the first stall on the left when you walk in. From the very start they have lied and deceived me at every turn, if someone called Mujeeb tries to serve you I would advise finding someone else or just somewhere else completely. After having a ring made in April 2018, it was made half a size too small but they assured me they could repair the mistake and make it bigger - this took 1.5months. When the ring was returned in late July it only lasted about 2 weeks as because their method of choice to increase the size of the ring left it so thin in one area that it snapped. I then took it back and had it repaired, which took another 1month. This repair then failed within a week. After heated discussion and the ring being sent back and returned several time it is November 2018 due to “workshop problems” and a million other excuses Mujeeb fed me to explain the delays. In November Mujeeb decided to do the job properly and replaced the whole band, something he assured would be done in “10days” - naturally this didn’t happen and the ring was returned to me 5weeks later. And that brings us to today, where the ring has indeed had its band replaced and it looks much stronger, but it has been remade to the incorrect size and as much as I am ensured the engraving has not changed, comparing it with the original photos when the ring was first made the ingraving looks much more shallow and with far less detail. Mujeeb is now ignoring all my calls and messages. If you are prepared to test your luck and gamble your money then this is the company for you, but if you’d like a company that does the job in a timely manner as requested you’d be better off taking your money elsewhere. Over 8months later I am £700 down and left with a ring that doesn’t fit.
