I recently purchased a diamond wedding ring from RPS Diamonds and I wanted to write review because Hollie went over and above in terms of being attentive with her customer service.

Due to coronavirus I didn't want to come to London to collect. Hollie arranged delivery and prior to that sent photos and videos of the ring so I could see it. She was highly communicative and efficient and made sure the process ran smoothly which inspired me with lots of confidence. She even texted me before she was back in the store through lockdown to provide reassurance that it was all safe and fine.
