I recently dealt with this company when I was looking for the perfect engagement ring for my partner (and hopefully soon-to-be fiancée). In the end, I didn’t actually make the purchase (I was speaking to lots of companies about lots of rings!) but I was so struck by the fantastic level of service I received, that I felt I needed to make a review based on my interaction.

I spoke with a gentlemen named Daniel, who was not only very helpful and friendly, but who also spent an awful lot of his valuable time answering the (many) questions of a certain indecisive so-and-so (that’s me, by the way), who was so uptight and on edge about making the right choice that he couldn’t seem seem to make up his mind! Daniel was so accommodating and understanding, and went to great lengths to offer me flexibility in light of my strict budget.

Whilst I didn’t buy the ring in the end (a local jewellery designer finally lowered their price for the perfect ring I’d wanted all along) I was incredibly grateful to Daniel and the company for offering me a genuinely exceptional service. Not only that, but when I wrote to them to say I wouldn’t be proceeding with the purchase, they were charming and gracious, and offered some very kind words. So, for any men and women out there who are stressing themselves out and obsessing about finding the right ring within their budget, I can assure you that Daniel and the team will go above and beyond to meet your needs, and make you feel totally at ease along the way!
