I came into Regal to have a look at possible engagement rings. I was served by Mark who was extremely helpful in my queries.

He went through all the steps and took his time to go into detail about the rings they have to offer as well as their bespoke to engagement rings.

We ended up going through the steps for creating a bespoke ring, I was so thrilled with what was designed I ended up purchasing my dream ring. The ring was created within the timeframe he stated and when I came to pick it up it was even better than I had imagined. It even came in a beautiful box too.

I would like to thank Regal, what a great service! We went to Hatton Garden just wanting to see some engagement rings. Eventually, we got so much more than that. Miro was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail.

We decided to make a bespoke ring. He was very comprehensive and 3 days later he sent us the CAD design. We came in to see the 3D print and it came exactly as we imagined the ring.

We were given a recommendation from a friend to try Regal out for an engagement ring, and we are delighted with that recommendation. From the minute we walked in the door Joshua made both Ana and myself very welcome and calm. We found this experience different to other shops that we had visited, where we felt the only important thing was sell, sell, sell, and not about finding the dream engagement ring. In Regal, Joshua was unbelievably patient with Ana with her many queries, and changes in the type of ring, cut, design of the band etc. He was very knowledgeable for a young guy and was able to answer everything asked of him. His older brother Daniel is also very knowledgeable and on hand to help if required.
They delivered the perfect ring in a very short space of time and we very grateful for that.

The online process was very quick and easy but most importantly the choice of diamonds was far superior in terms of quality compared to other online websites I had used to design a ring. We stumbled upon Daniel (and his Regal store) by chance. What was scheduled as a 30min appointment, turned into 2 hours and we saw no need to go anywhere else.

Daniel helped explain everything there was to know about engagement rings. We looked and tried on a wide range of options for both natural and lab diamonds - all amazing!!
