I bought an engagement ring from Regal Hatton Garden jewellers back in October 2024 and the overall experience was first class. I’d particularly call out Mark who was my customer service point of contact who was incredibly helpful throughout. On an initial appointment, Mark led me through the ins and outs of key things to consider when purchasing an engagement ring, which was really informative and helpful, not pushy. This really helped me determine what I wanted and how to find it. I met with multiple jewellers to find what I wanted and found myself back with Regal who offered great value relative to the others, alongside great communication and support. That was all led through Mark. The design review and collection process was also fantastic, and they provided the ring in faster timescales than standard timelines (relative to other jewellers) at my request which was massively helpful also. Thanks to Mark and Regal as a whole. I’d recommend them to anyone similarly looking for an engagement ring.
