I’m so happy I entrusted Mark in designing an engagement ring for my partner.

The service, experience and ring were all outstanding! From the minute I walked through the door I knew I was in capable hands.

Mark took time to explain all options to me, including the difference in stones and gave me time to decide on what I thought would be best. Assisting with understanding different gradings, coupled with the pros and cons. This wasn’t rushed and taking time/reviewing options was encouraged.

My bespoke ring had a tight deadline for production and Mark pulled out all the stops to meet/exceed this, allowing for an earlier collection when the soon to be father-in-law was visiting London.

I couldn’t be happier with the finished ring, and post proposal, my fiancée also loves it.
