I received the best customer service and had an all round amazing experience creating mine and my partner's bespoke rings from Regal.
From the first appointment until the end, Mark was absolutely great in showing me options, being understanding and patient with my numerous demands, reassuring me throughout the process and advising me on all things designs, costs and styles. He was incredibly accommodating and his customer service was beyond exceptional. It really helped to put me at ease.
I have not received such amazing service to date from any retailer and so I would highly recommend shopping from Regal for something as important as your engagement/wedding ring. The quality, attention to detail and turnaround times were all great and I am beyond happy with my engagement ring and my partner's wedding ring. The rings are absolutely perfect and exactly what I had envisioned them to be so I could not be happier.
We have received so many compliments on our rings already and I could not recommend Regal enough.
