Regal

I had such a good experience with Daniel at Regal and would recommend without hesitation. I’m an extremely picky person who came in with a specific idea and design in mind. Daniel was very patient, caring, and welcoming. I spoke with about a dozen other jewelers in the area and Regal was the only one I felt completely confident about and comfortable with during the entire journey. Not only was Daniel able to source the perfect stone for me (and even bring in ones I had found myself), but he was completely transparent and accommodating about all costs and constantly communicated about the progress (with photos!) along the way. I loved getting behind-the-scenes updates and felt truly cared for and well informed as a client. I never felt rushed to make a decision and really appreciated the approach to teach me what to look for along the way. This was the bespoke luxury experience I was hoping for and Regal definitely delivered! I would certainly return back for additional custom pieces in the future. Thank you so much, Daniel!
