Daniel helped us select the right ring, being incredibly patient to answer our questions, showing all the options we could hope for.
As customers before entering we didn't know much about diamonds and he took the time to educate us and help us select the right option for my partner's tastes.
I was also really appreciative about how flexible Daniel was around collecting the ring, I was able to fit it around my work schedule.
Given our lack of experience I had thought this might be a stressful purchase but Daniel and Regal made it incredibly easy and even really fun.
My partner is absolutely delighted with the results and she cannot stop staring at her ring. I would recommend Regal to anyone and we'll back soon regarding wedding rings!
