Daniel and the team at Regal are superb. We booked appointments with several jewellers in Hatton Garden and from the start, Daniel far exceeded the standards of the rest. He took the time to take us through all the different types of bands, settings, stones etc and had everything ready for you to try out. We found other places had a very small amount of rings in stock to try whereas Daniel has every type imaginable so we could visualise exactly what our bespoke ring would look like. There was no hard sale in the shop either. Ordering was very smooth and easy and the bespoke ring was make quickly. The ring is truly stunning, exceptional quality and craftsmanship and just what I pictured. Customer service is excellent, if you are looking for a place to buy an engagement ring, look no further!
