Regal

I visited Regal as I was in the process of buying an engagement ring. Beforehand I felt a little lost as the whole process was completely alien to me. Daniel put me at ease by explaining all I needed to know and helped me craft the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée.

Daniel provided a number of options and helped steer me in the right direction. He didn’t rush me or pressure me in any way and was patient with me as I asked various questions so I could be confident in my choices. After 2 visits, I decided on what I wanted, which turned out to be a beautiful and highly bespoke ring.

The whole process, including Daniel’s communication, felt very personal and tailored to me. I couldn’t recommend Regal enough. My fiancée and I are extremely happy with the outcome, and my fiancée continues to comment on how perfect the ring is and how she couldn’t have designed it better herself.

It was such a relief to know that I found the perfect ring and I definitely couldn’t have done it without Daniel and Regal’s help. Thank you!!
