Me and my partner have visited the Queensmith and we were blown away from the beginning to the end of the appointment. We have visited multiple diamond merchants but they dont even come close to Queensmith. We got a mini tour in their own workshop and absolutely amazing people helped us during the appointment. We actually wanted to see a diamond which they didnt have in store and one of their colleague specially collected the diamond for us to see. I honestly can't praise them enough of the quality service they offer. They actually show you real diamonds rather then glass stones in already made rings. This wouldn't have been possible without Anil Karwal. He has been excellent, very informative during the appointment and with making the order for the ring. Thank you Anil.

Fantastic experience from initial meeting to discuss engagement rings, buying the ring (which they shipped in from the States especially) and making the wedding rings. Brett, Joanna and the rest of the team were exceptional throughout, offering great advice and trying to find the perfect rings for us, rather than just trying to get the highest price. Gulio help me even tho he was meant to be go on to his break, with his help which was amazing i choose the right perfect ring with the best quality, which now my fiancee is wearing so happy. All the process was super easy he explained it all bit by bit and step by step we got with the ring i wanted. To finish the process i got Joanna which is part of the team wonderful people i was stresss and nervous she calm me down by talking and explaining all the procedure to maintain the ring on the best stage. The tour around the facility showed how great and committed company Queensmith is. Oliviia personally picked out a set of sapphires around my price point, and seemed very knowledgeable about stones and the quality of the dealers. Super friendly and personal service all the way, and the lifetime warranty, annual maintenance, and free resizing etc allowed me to make this life-changing purchase without any stress or worries. 10/10 would recommend. We have narrowed down Queensmith based on the many positive reviews and the fact that they could make a bespoke ruby engagement ring which wasn't the option with many jewellers. So glad we made that choice. It has been an amazing experience from the onset. Brett has been very patient to listen to the very picky and bespoke design request and was willing to fine tune it over several iterations. Once agreed, Stuart the designer took it to the next level and created the perfect ring with a detail level that was just immaculate, also willing to make any tiniest adjustments. The end result was a one of a kind dream ring, more than we could have anticipated. Many thanks to all that were part of the process and created this beautiful piece of jewellery. I could not recommend Hearts of London more. The guys there are absolutely fantastic. Getting an engagement ring is a big decision. We turned up unannounced and the found space for us to explain diamonds and puts us straight at ease. We got a great ring and even had it resized. So happy, we got our wedding bands for them too. A good decision to use Hearts of London. Best to pre-book though!

I used Queensmith when purchasing an engagement ring for my then-girlfriend. Like many, I only had a rudimentary knowledge of buying diamonds and was initially very suspicious of the process having had an initial bad experience with another seller in Hatton Garden. In that instance, luckily, I followed my gut and walked away before parting with any money. However, from a point of feeling totally disillusioned with the process, I discovered Queensmith and the experience could not have been more different - friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy. I walked into their shop, met Brett, who then took the time to explain everything to me clearly. I was reassured by their GIA certified diamonds and enjoyed the shopping experience. The shop is like a piece of Shoreditch in Hatton Garden - it’s trendy and modern, and I like how you could see their team in the worshops next to the main counter. After purchasing the engagement ring, I returned with my fiancée to buy our wedding bands. Highly recommend.

My experience with Queensmith's was exceptional. Service was wonderful and very helpful. There was a minor blip when showing me a diamond as the stone was packaged with the incorrect certificate. Since the stone they showed me was better quality than advertised, without hesitation the owner fetched a better quality stone and offered it to me at the agreed (now discounted) price. The final ring was perfectly crafted and on time. I got my fiance's ring size slightly wrong, but free resizing is already underway two days after giving it to her. Would recommend to anybody!

Having been totally clueless about how to go about buying an engagement ring I initially found Queensmiths very helpful guide online. I then arrived at their store in Hatton Garden and even though I didnt have an appointment Sarah-Jane was incredibly helpful and generous with her time. She helped me talk through the kind of thing my partner might like, options for various bands and importantly gave me a full education in diamond selection. Queensmith have a lovely style and manner to them and made a fantastic ring for my partner. I would highly recommend them.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. Every member of staff we have met (which is a fair few now) are personable, polite and always smiling. Not to mention our rings...which are just beautiful. I've received no end of compliments on my engagement ring, and cannot wait to wear my wedding ring alongside it in 12 months time. Some might say we were over keen to order our wedding rings. But I had no doubt that it was going to be made by Queensmith, just like my engagement ring. This really is the only place to visit if you are in need of any jewellery. I will certainly be back again...
