OVADIA is a family run business, based in Hatton Garden, London since December 2015. The shop was taken over from Anthony Gray which had been trading as a jewellery shop for 27 years in Hatton Garden.

The owners are a husband and wife team and have been active in the jewellery industry for several years in various areas.

Hannah received her diploma at GIA (Gemological Institute of America) as a graduate gemologist and has a vast knowledge about the diamonds. She has also worked with rough diamonds thus has a complete understanding of the journey a diamond takes from mine to the customer and is more than happy to tell you stories about the process.

Ben also has studied diamonds and has a great knowledge about the 4Cs. He worked with polished diamond manufacturers for many years before opening the shop.

As a family business we try to offer a very personal experience taking each customer on their own unique journey. Please come in to see us in Hatton Garden where we will be more than happy to help you.

I experienced such amazing service with Ovadia and remember that they were not on my radar to visit because they did not have a rating here.

I was initially visiting various jewelers to get quotes and see what was available in regards to re-sizing an engagement ring and creating a bespoke wedding band. Ovadia was the 3rd store I visited that day and I left them after experiencing wonderful service from Dorina, who addressed all my concerns and listened to what I was looking for. At no point did I ever feel rushed and they were open with me continuing to look around Hatton Garden until I found something I was happy with. After visiting 3 more jewelers and feeling quite appalled with the treatment received, I went back to Ovadia and returned to the exceptional customer service I had experienced earlier in the day. They were able to resize my engagement ring and create my bespoke wedding band over a weekend and I am so happy with them both.
