I will start with my conclusion but I would recommend that you read this full review: if you’re looking for a jeweller, don’t waste your time going anywhere else. Mouza is simply in a league of its own and by far the best. I’m forever grateful for the beautiful engagement ring they created for my fiancée and for making this journey such a memorable one!

I had the most extraordinary experience at Mouza. Honestly, calling it “customer service” doesn’t do it justice. It was a deeply personal experience, thanks to Miro and his exceptional team, who went above and beyond every step of the way.

I am a difficult customer and I visited Miro at least 20 times, and not once did he lose patience with me. Miro’s extensive knowledge, coupled with his numerous qualifications, was apparent from the start. His team is equally impressive, with many of them pursuing various gemmology degrees. Miro took the time to teach me everything I needed to know about diamonds, and unlike other jewellers I had visited, he was unbiased, incredibly educated, and had such an eye for detail it was truly impressive to see in action. Miro knows absolutely EVERYTHING about diamonds. It’s truly incredible.

What truly sets Miro apart is his bespoke approach. From the beginning, he asked countless questions about my fiancée to build a profile, allowing him to tailor his advice and recommendations perfectly. This level of dedication and focus resulted in the most personalised experience I could have imagined. Miro didn’t rest until we found perfection—he sent me at least 10 different diamonds until we finally settled on a stunning stone that he personally sourced.
The entire process, which could have been incredibly stressful, was made completely stress-free thanks to Miro and his team. They took care of every detail and were always available, even for last-minute adjustments after the proposal. The quality and craftsmanship of the ring remained impeccable, and their willingness to make further adjustments was a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Where can I start! From when I walked in Miro was in the booth to welcome me. My knowledge on rings, jewelry was absolutely zero and Miro patiently educated me through great detail. We discussed my partner's ring preferences and went through options for the hour meeting. He then showed me numerous examples of rings and explained the subtle differences.

After deciding the ring I wanted we ordered a online 3D model of how it would look. I would message Miro frequently and he replied quickly every time to reassure me.

When I paid for the ring. Miro instantaneously messaged me to say the payment had gone through. I really appreciated this.

I’m so very pleased to have found Miro at Mouza and would absolutely recommend his services! The process of choosing a ring was much more relaxed than at other jewellers and he really took time to help me find the right style and metal that would suit me, both aesthetically and practically. Miro was helpfully open about pricing but never with any pressure to increase the budget. He found us the very best diamond within our budget and I was impressed with his attention to detail, as he made sure the diamond we chose had the same dimensions/ratio as the sample ring I had tried on to ensure it would have the same look. When I came in to see the stone before it was set, he showed me others to compare it to, which reassured me that the one we had chosen was the best balance of the “4Cs”. The plastic prototype was also really helpful as it allowed me to make a couple of minor tweaks to the design and also to check my ring size. For such a big investment, and with so little clue where to start, buying an engagement ring was always going to be a stressful experience for me! Miro was fantastic!!

We were looking at all the stores down Hatton Gardens but when we came across Miro we knew we wanted him to design my engagement ring. He asked us loads of questions about us as a couple and understood the importance of the ring considering me and my partner have been together for 10 years.

I wanted something different that would be a real show stopper piece. He helped us pick all diamonds to create the most beautiful trilogy ring with a halo. He made sure that all my requirements were met. I wanted a really dainty halo and a show stopper middle stone and that is exactly what I got! I also wanted big baguettes so that my whole finger was covered, this was again no problem for him.

He thought of every detail making sure the ring fit together perfectly without too much metal on show so it remained delicate and that all stones were the same colour.

I can't stop looking at my ring!!! It is perfect!!!! Without his guidance, help, support and most importantly patience with me throughout the process it would not have been possible to create my dream ring.

We bought our engagement ring and wedding band from Miro in November 23. We found his shop by chance whilst browsing in Hatton Garden.

I was in between a few styles of rings at the time. Miro presented all possible options and always provided great suggestions based on what I liked about certain rings. He was patient and knowledgable, never tired of what seemed like trying on every ring in the shop! In the end, I settled on a design that I hadn’t seen anywhere else- and learned the brand has their own exclusive designs.

His wealth of knowledge and experience really showed when explaining diamonds and rings to us, what would be practical and feasible in terms of style. After placing our order, we chose our stone together- he was sure to choose the best possible stone for us, with all the characteristics we wanted.

Miro provided excellent customer service- he expedited delivery of the stone at no charge to us, so we could have it in time. We were invited to look at the stone when it arrived- at this point we had the option, to continue with the stone or to choose a different one if we didn’t like it- but we were more than happy with it.

Miro kept us updated every step of the way, and the ring was complete in 2-3 weeks. I wasn’t sure about the fit of the ring, and Miro even advised me to take it away for a week to wear it and see how it feels, and then to return if I would like it resized, before the ring was entirely finished- so changes could be made. It’s is obvious from speaking to him of his in-depth knowledge of rings, styles, diamonds and fit.

He will look after you every step of the way, and you can be confident in your purchase with him. The pride he takes in his work is obvious- I would definitely recommend giving him a visit!

I wanted an asymmetric ring with heirloom stones plus a dark salt and pepper diamond (which is super hard to find). I hate sales people. I don’t want to be sold to. So the gentle guidance, general and very specific relevant information, given by Miro at Mouza, helped me to weight up the pros and cons of mined versus lab; yellow versus white; oval versus emerald cut. After a lot of research and endless patience from Miro, I made the jump and ordered my ring. I could not be more delighted. Hatton Garden can be confusing, and a maze of shops and pushy salespeople.

My wife and I have shopped at Hatton Gardens for years, but recently we met Miro at Mouza Jewellers. I wanted to purchase a gift for my Wife and we needed a repair on her wedding ring.

We stumbled upon Mouza Jewellers and specifically Miro by chance and what an unbelievable strike of luck it was.

His attention to detail, informative nature of diamonds and overall demeanour when enquiring about an engagement ring for my partner was far exemplary to other shops we had walked in down Hatton Garden.

Nothing was too much to ask, I explained and showed him exactly what I wanted in regards to a style and specific diamond before he took over with his wealth of knowledge.

My advice to ANYBODY getting an engagement ring is do not waste your time going elsewhere as he is simply the best at his job down Hatton Garden ??????.

Absolutely amazing work and experience at Mouza.

Took the time to walk me through the options and make it customised in every sense was the teams was able to do magic in such a short timespan (7 Days) for both the engagement ring and the wedding bands.

Also an added extra diamonds around the wedding bands from 70% coverage to 100% coverage as well as an extra .25 carats on the house.

After visiting a lot of stores around Hatton Garden, I am so thankful that I found Miro at Mouza. Buying an engagement ring can be a scary process and Miro was incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout. I was never pushed into any purchase and his knowledge was second to none. I had the ring custom made, Miro completely understood my vision and requirements, delivering the most gorgeous ring which my fiancée adores. The ring wasn’t quite the right size, but Miro sorted this very quickly to ensure my fiancée wasn’t without her ring for too long.

Where to begin on my engagement ring journey with Mouza! I reached out to Miro with a relatively clear idea of (i) what I would like the end result to look like and (ii) what I felt was important for my now fiancé, both in terms of practical considerations and size/style.

Following a quick response to my enquiry over the weekend, I had an appointment scheduled with Miro just a day later. Miro proceeded to spend almost 1:30hrs talking me through every single detail I could have wished for with total impartiality. Having told him my fiancé's job and details about her style/taste etc., he consistently used his years of experience to help me avoid practical pitfalls and potential blunders, all whilst making me feel totally at ease.

When it came down to finding the right diamond and setting/band, he continued with the exact same impartiality, transparency and authenticity as I had experienced throughout our early discussions. Not once did he ever seek to point me towards a more expensive option, he focused solely on what we had discussed and what we felt would best suit my fiancé - it was a truly refreshing experience.

Once we had found the perfect diamond for her, then came the toughest part of my request - I had a pipe dream of proposing on a holiday departing just 11 days after our first appointment, which I thought would be impossible based on timelines indicated by other jewellers I had reached out to. However, when I posed this question to Miro, he answered methodically and transparently - if a few logistical pieces were to fall correctly and he were to turn it around as quickly as he could, it would be possible! Just 7 days later, with the diamond having been transported from Hong Kong(!), taken to the jewellers, mounted in my chosen setting/band and transported back to London, I was collecting the ring - I honestly could not believe it and I do not believe anyone else would have entertained it beyond Miro.

Finally, I have to speak about the quality of the ring. It is safe to say, Miro and his team produced an absolutely stunning engagement ring that my fiancé truly adores. She has already had so many compliments on the ring that I am losing count, all of which is thanks to Miro's expert guidance. I will let the attached photos speak for themselves!

Working with Mouza and Miro has truly been a privilege and I could not recommend him more wholeheartedly - I could not have asked for a better experience and will be pointing anyone that asks me in his direction.

Looking for an engagement ring is a very stressful process, from understanding what to get and feeling comfortable with the price - it's a minefield. By luck I came across Miro as I was browsing Hatton Garden, I was impressed by his warmth, patience and knowledge while I was just figuring out where to start.

Something that becomes immediately obvious is Miro's passion and expert knowledge of diamonds. He was never 'pushy' and always had time to answer my questions in a way that meant I genuinely learnt about diamonds instead of just pointing to the more expensive option.

I of course shopped around many different jewellers, including some Hatton Garden jewellers with a huge presence online and I just didn't feel as though the experience was as genuine compared to Miro at Mouza. When shopping for such a big/important purchase you want to have full trust that your jeweller will do their very best for you and I definitely got that feeling from Miro.

After many meetings in which Miro was super patient, he ended up sourcing an amazing natural diamond that fit our specs perfectly, all the way from the US! He then created the most perfect ring which was exactly as I envisioned. My now fiancée cannot stop looking at it and it gets so many complements!

Overall I cannot thank Miro enough! If you are looking for a bespoke engagement ring of the highest quality I fully recommend Mouza!

Wasn’t too sure what I was up to but found Mouza online and so headed to Hatton Garden. The shop is a small area within an area that houses a few shops but don’t let that put you off at all!

Miro took the time to talk to me about lots of different factors, staying true to the budget I’d suggested and not pushing me at all. We agreed on a style with some small changes and then started looking at the diamond. Miro talked me through all the different variables and suggested which ones to prioritise over others given my budget wasn’t infinite. We agreed what seemed to be a very fair price and I was to pick it up in a couple of weeks.

Communication was great and the ring didn’t disappoint - everyone who sees it appears to genuinely love it, most importantly my fiancé.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. We found the shop by chance when visiting Hatton Garden for our engagement ring. Miro and Teddy were very friendly, welcoming and did everything they could to ensure our bespoke ring was super special and exactly how we wanted it to be.

Brilliant experience from start to finish.

Felt completely overwhelmed when trying to find a style I liked but Teddy and Miro really put me at ease, explained everything in detail and listened to what I both liked and didn’t like. They made the overall experience throughly enjoyable.

After designing what I loved, Miro kept us updated on the progress along with pictures and we collected the ring just 4 weeks later.
