I’m so very pleased to have found Miro at Mouza and would absolutely recommend his services! The process of choosing a ring was much more relaxed than at other jewellers and he really took time to help me find the right style and metal that would suit me, both aesthetically and practically. Miro was helpfully open about pricing but never with any pressure to increase the budget. He found us the very best diamond within our budget and I was impressed with his attention to detail, as he made sure the diamond we chose had the same dimensions/ratio as the sample ring I had tried on to ensure it would have the same look. When I came in to see the stone before it was set, he showed me others to compare it to, which reassured me that the one we had chosen was the best balance of the “4Cs”. The plastic prototype was also really helpful as it allowed me to make a couple of minor tweaks to the design and also to check my ring size. The finished rings are beautifully made and incredibly sparkly - everything I had hoped for. Thank you!
