For such a big investment, and with so little clue where to start, buying an engagement ring was always going to be a stressful experience for me! I decided to base my search in Hatton Garden, but soon realised, that even there, there was a huge variety in quality and standards between one jewellers to the next. After a couple of quotes, and with more of an idea of what I was looking for, I found a review for Mouza, and booked an appointment. From the moment I met Miro I knew I was in safe hands. He took the time to explain everything, from certification through to design options and went out of his way to create the perfect design and stone my budget. No question or request was too much for Miro, and it was clear how much pride he placed in making sure that everything was perfect. The result was a ring that I felt was tailor designed to my requirements and within my budget. I should also add that my girlfriend said yes, and adores her ring! For all these reason Mouza, and not least Miro, stood out above all of the jewellers I visited and I cannot rate or thank Miro highly enough for such a wonderful, and stress free!, experience.
