Bought an engagement ring from Alan and the team, and was overwhelmed at what a joyful experience it was. It's a very comfortable setting and the staff were excellent at explaining all the intricacy of diamonds. The ring size i picked was too large, but Madisons kindly resized it for me after i found out her actual ring size. Highly recommend.

I've used Madison several times, they made me a stunning engagement ring and also cleaned, repaired and appraised other jewellery. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
