I can’t say enough good things about Karl and Juliette. From start to finish, we were listened to. My partner gave them a budget, an idea of design and they came up with the most beautiful ring ever. (In our opinion)
Karls knowledge of diamonds is apparent when he explained the cut, clarity and colour to suit what we wanted. They were discreet with costs. I still don’t know how much my ring cost and they both enjoyed the excitement with us when the ring was ready ahead of when they originally said.
Can I gush any more, yes.
The whole experience is exactly what 2 people in love can hope for.

Having had our engagement and wedding rings made by Karl and team which were lovely, it was my natural choice to go back to London Rocks to get a bespoke jewellery made to match a gift received. Right from the start the service was great from the initial email communications with Juliette with booking appointments and arranging for sapphires to be sourced and viewed at my appointment. Then to meeting with Karl to discuss the design and options. I had an idea in mind and Karl was able to draw up a rough design. With the follow up sketch designs, my idea came to life. The team has done a great job and I love my new piece of jewellery (ring)
