Victor was recommended by a friend. Before our meeting, we discussed the type/size of stone I was interested in so Victor could make sure I would have a few stones to choose from on the day. From the very beginning, Victor was warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his craft. He took the time to help me choose the perfect stone and gave thoughtful advice on the best setting. The result was a stunning engagement ring that exceeded expectations. Working with Victor was a true pleasure from start to finish — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My experience with Ivy Jewellers has been nothing less than excellent.

Early on, Victor quickly understood my ring idea/style, and helpfully discussed a range of design and stone options. What’s really helpful is Victor’s wealth of experience as a jeweller to advise professionally (where necessary and without being overbearing), on the practical aspects of designs. He is pragmatic and forward-looking, and wants to produce a top-quality product that lasts a lifetime. In contrast, many jewellers offer endless design alterations which may actually compromise the integrity (and life!) of the ring, but stay quiet on the risks. With Ivy, you really feel as though great thought and care goes into the design and making of the ring so as to make it beautiful, but also durable.

Once we were agreed on design, stones and budget, the Ivy team quickly got to work and produced the most perfect ring in just three weeks. I was very impressed with the final product, but little could have prepared me for how amazing it would look once it was actually worn by my fiancé. She absolutely loves it and couldn’t be happier with the ring, especially in terms of quality, feel and appearance. Victor was very patient (and informative) when discussing stones and provided me with several opportunities to meet with him until we found the perfect ones. Whereas many jewellers try to rush you to pick stones and begin production, Ivy take their time to explain/assess what you’re looking for, and will then take their time showing you options until you find the right thing.

Overall, what can be a challenging and daunting experience was made easy and enjoyable by Ivy. They are a pleasure to deal with and I enjoyed my visits to their workshop. They understood my vision for the ring and executed it perfectly. In my view, if you’re looking for a top-quality bespoke ring, they offer superb craftsmanship and great value for money. Ivy Jewellers certainly sits alone at the top of my list of recommendations for friends and family.
