Shopping for jewellery in Hatton Garden can be a bit of an overwhelming experience; there is so much choice. However, we chose to have a ring made with Holts as despite the number of shops we visited, we found only Holts were able to listen to our requests and provide example stones along the right lines, as opposed to trying to suggest "what we should" be looking for or pushy sales spiel. We received excellent communication and after sales service. The ring has attracted a lot of compliments!
