Hearts of London

As you do for such an important purchase, we were in contact with more than a dozen shops, of which we physically visited half a dozen and Hearts of London were definitely the most responsive, positive and reassuring, from start to finish!

With limited time and not wanting to physically visit every single shop on the street (we had encountered a lot of time wasters!), we first emailed Hearts of London for stone with very specific qualities and a specific engagement ring design.
Sarah-Jane lined up three very high quality beautiful stones with exactly the specifics we were looking for, transparently providing us with an idea of current pricing as well.

We met with Octavian to inspect the stones. He was an excellent advisor; the process was very educational and enjoyable. We inspected the stones from all perspectives as well as under the microscope. Most of all, we felt no pressure and was encouraged to take our time to think about the final stone we wanted. Once selected, Sarah-Jane and Octavian provided very helpful constructive thoughts for us to settle on the final ring design. Once again they were very patient when we wanted to make some final tweaks.

The final product was exactly what we wanted, no complaints, very much in love with it! From start to finish the process was very easy-going and I’m already able to see their excellent after-sales care. I popped in recently for some paperwork and Sarah-Jane promptly offered to have it cleaned; I left with a sparkly ring again.

Really like that the full team seems to genuinely love beautiful, high quality diamonds and creating stunning rings. They are very responsive and reachable which is very reassuring for such an important purchase. Would definitely recommend Hearts of London and looking forward to returning for our wedding bands.
