Hatton Garden Diamond

Well what can I say, the guys delivered yet again. It’s been over a year since I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring from Regency and with her 30th coming up, I wanted to get her some beautiful diamond earrings to compliment the ring. Anastasia was so lovely, very welcoming, patient, honest and great fun. I choose to shop with these guys and recommend them to friends because of how they operate. I’ve never felt like I’m getting a bad or unfair deal and I’ve never felt like I’m wasting their time either, they value my custom and go out of their way to help me no matter how long it takes. Nothing is too troubling for them. Thing I love the most, they want to teach you and guide you to make the right suggestion for you, not just focus on making the most money possible. Due to lockdown i find myself thinking the present i bought my partner last year at your store a stunning bangle bracelet that was just out of this world i remember going to your lovely shop and being served with superb attention and when i asked for a small reduction they were not offended which i found so sporting as i found most other shops rather arrogant. Having been impressed with a pendant I purchased from Regency Jewels , in terms of relatively unusual design and comparative value for money , I immediately chose them to source stones for a ring I wanted to be made to replace an extremely special heirloom piece I had sadly lost. Mitchell was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the process, even when I changed my mind about choice of stones. The diamonds he sourced and the craftsmanship involved in the making of the ring were fantastic . I could not be happier with the fabulous replacement for my old ring. The new one is incredible and will be much cherished . Many thanks to Mitchell and the very talented jeweller who made my new work of art. I am delighted.
