Just Perfect! Paul was recommended to us and we are so pleased he was. The whole process from arranging to meet with him through to the finished piece was so efficient. We met Paul in his studio, where he made us feel very welcome (champagne on arrival). Paul already had an idea of the style of ring we were looking for and had an extensive range of samples ready and waiting on display to be tried on. Nothing was too much trouble, we were given as much time as we needed and I eventually managed to make a decision on ‘the one’! Next onto the diamond….this is where Paul’s expertise as a gemologist really shone through. He was very thorough as he gave us an education in diamonds, ensuring we were able to get the best quality and size diamond out of our budget. Again Paul had a variety of suitable diamonds available for us to compare. We were able to look at each in detail under the magnifier ourselves too which was great. After lots of deliberation, and champagne we had found the perfect ring! The process for the ring to be made was very smooth. Paul was very easy to communicate with during this time, and he was also very flexible and efficient in arranging the collection when it was ready. The finished piece is simply stunning, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I have already started telling people about Paul and Harper Tait and I will continue to do so. Will most definitely be back in the future ourselves. Thanks again Paul.
