What an experience! I guess like most guys I was a little nervous about the daunting prospect of navigating my way to find the right stone and the right ring. However, after meeting Paul I quickly realised everything was going to be absolutely fine. Paul's passion and knowledge of his trade is so clear and he makes customers feel at complete ease whilst guiding them through the selection process allowing you to make an informed and educated decision.
Paul is not pushy whatsoever and has the customers best interest at heart at all times. The result was a potentially daunting and intimidating experience turn into a very enjoyable one - with a perfect ring within my budget that my fiance loves!
