Fantastic service from Paul when designing my bespoke engagement ring. I cannot recommend Harper Tait highly enough. They were so professional, friendly and helpful with choosing the perfect diamond and then designing my gorgeous ring. Paul really goes the extra mile to find out exactly what you want and he is so knowledgeable and passionate about diamonds and beautiful rings and he made the whole experience really special. My fiancé and I did go back and forth over a few details when designing the ring and Paul was just so helpful sending us images of different ring settings and talking us through different styles etc. Nothing was too much trouble and he was keen to get it exactly right for us. I'm so happy with my ring and we also got our wedding rings made by Paul (again mine was bespoke to match the engagement ring). I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in Hatton Garden (or indeed in the rest of England as we live in Bristol!) and I have since recommended Paul to many friends who have got engaged or who are looking for stunning jewellery. We were recommended to Harper Tait by friends after searching for the perfect ring for quite some time and I am so happy we were. Really excellent service.
