I recently purchased an engagement ring from Harper Tait. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Paul made me feel at ease and was approachable and extremely knowledgable. He really took an interest in us as a couple and took the time to get to know us and our journey in order to create a ring my fiancé would love. His attention to detail and suggestions for minor alterations to the ring were fantastic, and his experience in the industry really showed here.

Throughout the process, Paul was very easy to contact and communicated very well and kept me in the loop about everything. I was very reassured by this.
My fiancé absolutely loved the ring. With the aftercare, Paul was very helpful with re-adjusting the band and also offered helpful insurance advice.
All in all, a superb experience and would highly recommend!
