Harmony Jewels

Reviewed Harmony originally about a year ago during the pre-sale experience when we were looking for an engagement ring. I ended the review (on google) back then with "would definitely revisit for a purchase in the future" and here I am 12 months later reviewing the sales experience of our wedding bands, which was as exceptional as that first meeting a year ago.

Worked with Antea again, who is absolutely brilliant (as are her stones) at what she does and put us right at ease from the beginning. Whilst this is a transaction at the end of the day, Antea was so knowledgeable, trustworthy, not pushy and patient, it made the whole experience *so* enjoyable and memorable for us.

By the end of it, it was like chatting to an old friend, which is such a personal touch to have, truly listening and understanding personal style and making recommendations based off that (ended up going with both her recommendations for our bands). Bands exactly as expected, with our full customisation requirements, and post-sale support was also exceptional, when it came to resizing.

Would buy again and again from this store and Antea - pure class of a service!

We just picked up my engagement ring from harmony. I am thrilled with it ??. Miro was our gemologist and was amazing throughout. From explaining how to choose a diamond to letting me try on at least 20 rings before i decided. His knowledge was impressive and his friendly manner put us at ease. No hard sell, no pushing us to go for more expensive options. Truly a bespoke service.
Would recommend this jewellers to anybody and we will be back to choose our wedding rings.

Buying a loose gemstone can be a tricky experience for lay people as the sellers inevitably have a level of knowledge and experience so far ahead of the customers. We wanted a fairly large emerald for setting in a 33 year old engagement ring where the previous stone was damaged due to an inclusion. We were shown a range of stones at various prices and the differences in clarity and colour were explained clearly by Maria who was so helpful. We chose a beautiful but expensive stone and were reassured by the certificate of quality and provenance that came with it. Once we agreed a price, Harry and his team went to a lot of trouble to ensure that the setting was reconfigured to fit the stone and to achieve the best possible result - together with the original diamonds setting off the emerald. A result which we were extremely pleased with and therefore we have no hesitation in giving this store a 5 star rating.
