Getting my bespoke wedding ring made with Sam was the best experience i could have hoped for. My engagement ring is gorgeous but quite intricate and unusual which made picking a wedding ring to go with quite difficult. It was a long process from my side to decide what exactly i wanted and Sam remained responsive and patient all along. In the end we did exactly what she suggested the first day we met but it took a few months for me to get convinced and even when i changed my mind and thought i’d move forward with a simple gold band, Sam remained positive and happy to support whatever i would pick and how unexpensive it could be. It made me feel really at ease and in trust. I am mostly talking about Sam because i feel like when you get married you are dealing with a lot of stress and what you want is to surround yourself with people who are calm and positive and Sam was all that. It made the wedding band process fun and easy. My ring is absolutely gorgeous, it totally lifts my engagement one. Sam was of incredible advice but also very easy going and flexible to find solutions that would make the ring financially more suitable. She also got my husband his wedding band and again was of great advice. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else more than Sam. We ended the process feeling like friends.
