Getting my bespoke wedding ring made with Sam was the best experience i could have hoped for. My engagement ring is gorgeous but quite intricate and unusual which made picking a wedding ring to go with quite difficult. It was a long process from my side to decide what exactly i wanted and Sam remained responsive and patient all along. In the end we did exactly what she suggested the first day we met but it took a few months for me to get convinced and even when i changed my mind and thought i’d move forward with a simple gold band, Sam remained positive and happy to support whatever i would pick and how unexpensive it could be. It made me feel really at ease and in trust. I am mostly talking about Sam because i feel like when you get married you are dealing with a lot of stress and what you want is to surround yourself with people who are calm and positive and Sam was all that. It made the wedding band process fun and easy. My ring is absolutely gorgeous, it totally lifts my engagement one. Sam was of incredible advice but also very easy going and flexible to find solutions that would make the ring financially more suitable. She also got my husband his wedding band and again was of great advice. I honestly couldn’t recommend anyone else more than Sam. We ended the process feeling like friends.

We looked at 6-7 places before deciding to work with Sam at Anais. I am SO happy that we chose her!! I worked with Sam to design my engagement ring. From picking a stone to the intricate design details - she was incredibly patient, honest and helpful along the way!! She also helped to create our wedding bands and will absolutely be the go to for my eternity band!

Visited Anais Rose on 20/02/24. The service was brilliant. I was shown different sizes and shapes of diamonds and different settings. I ended up choosing a princess cut diamond when I was sure I would have a round brilliant cut diamond. Sam gave me the gift of choice all guided with expert advice. My ring was ready for collection later the same day. I now own the most beautiful diamond ring, the kind of ring I never thought I would own!
I have also left some jewellery with Sam to be repaired which should be back by the end of the week.
I will always use Anais Rose on the future.

I decided to have my wedding, engagement and eternity ring all made into one piece - a remodel after getting an amicable divorce.
Anais Rose were integral in the design and creation, giving me updates along the way. She even called to let me know that platinum was at the time at an all time low cost so should look at using that instead. She even saved me money as it was cheaper than gold (then).
When I received my new ring it came with a new certificate of valuation, stone values and integrity. I was blown away by how beautiful the piece turned out. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! xxx

Samantha at Anais Rose was able to guide us professionally through the diamond purchase stage, then went on to help us with wedding bands and subsequently an eternity band. She was able to size the width of a mount to sit perfectly as a set.
I have also had repairs to a tennis bracelet which had a diamond missing and a clasp problem.
Being able to choose in the comfort and privacy of her showroom made the whole process enjoyable, personal and stress free.
It was nice to know that when I purchased diamond studs I was getting the best size and value.
