Alex is the BID Director for Hatton Garden, leading the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of the BID’s work and acting as the primary liaison for partners, stakeholders, and local businesses.
Alex works closely with the Metropolitan Police and other partners to improve security, reduce crime, and enhance both real and perceived safety across the area, alongside wider public realm improvements. A key focus of his role is promoting Hatton Garden’s unique historic character and heritage, strengthening its identity as a distinctive London destination.
With extensive experience in place management, Alex has previously led several high-profile London BIDs, including Waterloo, delivering major placemaking programmes, public realm improvements, destination marketing campaigns, and sustainability initiatives. His work has ranged from running successful street markets to securing funding for greening projects and implementing best-practice approaches to safety and resilience.
