Key actions we deliver include:
Dedicated street cleaning and maintenance: We provide an additional cleansing operative to maintain high standards, including chewing gum removal, and monitor and respond to environmental issues in real-time.
Community reporting: A local WhatsApp group allows businesses to report street cleaning, maintenance, and security issues, ensuring rapid responses and keeping the area safe and welcoming. Request to join the group

Christmas Lights & Festive Decorations: The BID providesall the festive lights, christmas light installations across the entire BID area, including the Christmas Tree outside of 120 Holborn.
Public realm improvements: Supporting interventions that respect Hatton Garden’s historic character, enhancing coherence and usability of streets and public spaces such as additional seating and planters along Hatton Garden and Leather Lane.
Market and area enhancements: Supporting improvements to Leather Lane Market, installing additional gateway signage, enhancing seasonal displays, and creating more seating and parklets.
Greening and environmental enhancements: Additional planting, seasonal floral lamp column displays, and ongoing maintenance to improve the area’s aesthetic appeal and environmental quality.
