A Welcoming Area

Marketing & Promotion

We actively promote Hatton Garden as a vibrant, historic, and unique destination for business, visitors, and the local community. We harness the area’s creative heritage, specialist jewellery cluster, and diverse economy to deliver campaigns and initiatives that benefit businesses and enhance the overall experience of Hatton Garden.

Key actions we deliver include:

Strategic marketing campaigns: Creating targeted campaigns that highlight Hatton Garden’s jewellery, creative, built environment, and food sectors, showcasing a balance of daytime and evening activities.

Digital engagement: Managing newsletters, social media platforms, and this destination website to strengthen Hatton Garden’s profile as a brand and increase visibility for local businesses.

Events programme: Delivering events and supporting the delivery of the Leather Lane Street Market.

Garden Card scheme: Managing the Garden Card - a local discount scheme for those that work, live and study in Hatton Garden.

We work in partnership with Huq to provide detailed insights into footfall, visitor behavior, and spending across the BID area. These quarterly reports track how patterns have evolved from 2019 through 2025, offering a clear view of:

- Recovery trends following the pandemic
- Shifts in visitor dwell times and origins
- Seasonal fluctuations in international visitors
- The geographical sources of high-value spending

All BID members can access the complete quarterly reports, which provide a deeper breakdown of visitor engagement and spending data.
