Green Dragons Den - Sponsorship
Would your business want to build social capital and maximise positive social impact, encourage innovation, and contribute to future sustainability building in Camden?
Our partners at We (Think & Do London) are currently fundraising for a Camden Primary Schools project which will see young Londoners given the opportunity to become socially responsible change makers and contribute to making their borough a more circular one.
The Green Dragons' Den will bring together groups from ten Camden primary schools to pitch ideas for sustainability projects to reduce waste and promote circularity in their schools. By using existing networks of socially responsible and eco-conscious Camden businesses, the initiative aims to raise the money to fund each schools' sustainability project.
These projects will help schools with their climate commitments by helping them reduce their environmental impact and empowering students to lead on climate action. Sponsoring the Green Dragons' Den project will help local businesses support community-led sharing, repair, re-use and waste reduction initiatives, a key action in Camden Council's 2026-2030 Climate Action Plan.

School of Programming x LIFT
This summer, the School of Building is partnering with LIFT to launch an 8-week training bootcamp followed by paid industry internships, designed to open up real routes into the built environment for local residents aged 18+.
The programme begins with an intensive, part-time bootcamp (June–July), led by industry professionals and focused on building core knowledge, confidence and employability for entry-level roles. Participants then move into a 10-week, full-time paid internship (September–November), giving them hands-on experience in administrative and project support roles across architecture, design, engineering, construction, planning, development and real estate. From there, learners are supported to progress into apprenticeships, further training or permanent roles.
We’re asking industry partners to get involved by hosting an intern or, for SMEs, sponsoring part of an intern’s salary. Interns are paid London Living Wage (£14.80/hour), with LIFT covering 50% of salary costs for SMEs, alongside full recruitment and onboarding support. For more information, please contact

Access Skilled Local Talent
Businesses in Hatton Garden are being encouraged to take part in the Mayor of London’s Inclusive Talent Brokerage, a free recruitment initiative designed to connect employers with job-ready candidates from across London.
Delivered by Greater London Authority in partnership with GoodPeople, the programme forms part of the Mayor’s Inclusive Talent Strategy and helps employers reach a wider and more diverse pool of candidates through a network of community partners across the capital.
Through the platform goodwork.london, businesses can share job vacancies at no cost and receive applications from candidates who have been prepared and supported by trusted community organisations. Employers can either manage applications directly through the platform or integrate listings into their existing hiring systems. Since launching, the initiative has already supported thousands of job opportunities across more than 20 sectors.
Businesses that register will also gain access to networking events, employer roundtables and recruitment opportunities through the programme’s growing network of inclusive employers.
