Hatton Garden Festival

Prosecco receptions and competions galore, thank you for coming down to the Hatton Garden Festival 2017!

Thank you for joining us on Friday 21st and Saturday 22nd July for the Festival along Hatton Garden! It was a wonderful 2 day occasion packed with entertainment, competitions, workshops and the big Diamond Hunt and Diamond Raffle!

Jewellers brought stalls on to the streets to demonstrate their trade and offer workshops, crowds enjoyed jewellery making demonstrations and displays, free valuations and engravings, wax carving to design jewellery and much more to give you insights into this mysterious trade. The stallholders included Institute of Professional Jewellers, London Jewellery School, London Rocks, Holts GemsTresor Paris, Amanda Mansell, Heera Diamonds, Heming, Davril, Hamiltons Jewellers.
Jewellers were incredibly generous this year, with prizes totaling over £20,000! The top raffle prize was a diamond jewellery worth £10,000 kindly donated by the Hatton Garden Jewellers Group.

The jewel in the crown of the two day event was the big Diamond Hunt sponsored by Heming, the free to enter treasure hunt with the grand prize being a 1.00ct diamond and a bespoke design experience worth £10,000. The festival goers had to hunt for visual clues in shop windows along Hatton Garden. The winner of the big prize Mark, who completed the hunt with his wife who works in Hatton Garden, was ecstatic to hear the news!

The festival saw a fantastic line up of live music acts ranging from Motown and soul to opera and folk, the programme included an opera singer Deborah Holmes quoted by The Independent as having ‘the most unique voice on the stage’, BBC Radio 4 favourites country/folk band Belle and The Busker, lead singer of the NFL’s UK house band Tanya Seifert and Motown and soul singer Abigail Scott.
